Deborah Somjak is a board-certified biblical counselor. A leader, trainer, recipe collector, and Italian food lover, she expounds the Word of God to warmly impact and encourage hearts.

Deborah holds an A.A. in Religion from Liberty University and has been a devoted follower of Christ for 38 years and counting. She is a loving wife to her husband, John, for 37 years. She is blessed to be called Mom to three exceptional children, two wonderful sons-in-law, and three beautiful grandchildren.

She is a Board Certified Biblical Counselor with the American Association of Christian Counselors.

She believes that imparting an understanding of the Word as she expounds on truth while sharing life experiences. She has spent years walking alongside others who love Jesus. She writes with honesty, tenderness, and a steady confidence in the healing work of the Holy Spirit. Her heart is to help believers align with the truth of God’s Word so they can experience genuine freedom and maturity and establish their hearts for the coming of the Lord, which is at hand. When she is not offering guidance or writing, she enjoys quiet moments of reflection, prayer, and time with those she loves.
